The Senior Study Project conducted by LifeStream Services, Fisher Institute for Wellness and Gerontology and the United Way of Delaware County focuses on needs in the areas of transportation, housing and healthcare/wellness in Delaware County, IN. The study involved more than 1,000 individuals, businesses, focus groups and public sessions. The WHITE PAPER on the study is now available for review, discussion and distribution. Area Plan Summary: Area Plan hearings were held in 2009 in East Central Indiana to seek public comment on LifeStream's Area Plan for the next four years. The Area Plan is a working document for meeting needs of older adults and people with disabilities in Delaware, Madison, Grant, Blackford, Jay, Randolph and Henry counties in Indiana.
